Ahmed Elzayat, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in system engineering and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Integrations and Project Manager at Custom Computer Specialists since January 2020, Ahmed's previous role as Systems Engineer at Symmetry™ involved proactive system monitoring, critical alert escalation, and documentation maintenance. Prior to that, Ahmed held various positions at Orange Business Services from August 2013 to May 2019, including IT Customer Service Manager, where accountability for service quality and customer communication was paramount, and Deputy Operations Manager, focused on team performance and recruitment.
