Richard Dsouza has extensive experience in operations and sales, currently serving as the Head of Operations at NN since May 2019. Richard has been involved in sales roles at Custom Culinary since 2012. Previous experience includes a supervisory position at Carnival UK from March 2000 to November 2012, which provided opportunities for travel, and a brief tenure as an executive at Sodexo Food Solutions in 2012. Richard began a career in service at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts from January 1990 to March 2000, gaining valuable experience with corporate leadership. Educational qualifications include a LICENCIATE in A/V from B.N. Gamadia Technical Institute (1987-1989) and completion of schooling at Purshottam High School (1976-1986).
