Janet Leclerc has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Janet started their career as a registered nurse at St Joseph Mercy Hospital-Pontiac, where they worked in the emergency room and was responsible for prioritizing patient care and mentoring new nurses. Janet then moved on to Mercy Homecare, where they served as a Clinical Supervisor and QA Manager, overseeing a team of nurses, scheduling, and conducting quality assurance. At Trinity Home Health Care, they worked as a registered nurse, specializing in the care of patients with various diseases. After that, they joined Ameristaff as an Assistant Director of Nursing, supervising and managing the care of multiple clients and infusion cases. Currently, Janet is working at Custom Home Health and Hospice as the Director of Quality and Education, leading the quality improvement program, managing internal coders and Oasis review specialists, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and documentation requirements.

Janet Leclerc earned an Associate Degree of Nursing from Oakland Community College in 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Gerontology from Central Michigan University between 1982 and 1987. Janet completed their high school education at Oxford high school, receiving a high school diploma in 1982.
