Moses Lokhande has worked in the travel industry for over 15 years. Moses began their career in 2006 at WIPRO BPO as a Trainer, where they were responsible for training staff on fare construction, ticketing, exchange, revalidations, manual reissue, introduction to the airline domain, and GDS training Apollo (Fastres) and End to End booking. In 2013, they moved to Carlson Wagonlit Travel as Assistant Manager, where they were responsible for delivery on all critical process metrics and liaising with different in-house departments to ensure smooth functioning of the operations on floor. In 2018, they joined AccessFares as Vice President Business Development - India and Manager Operations, where they set new processes and streamlined the current processes, led a team of 90 associates and 6 Deputy Managers and Assistant Managers, and was responsible for transition of new business from United States to India. Moses also set up a site in Philippines and managed it virtually. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at Custom Travel Solutions.
Moses Lokhande obtained a Bachelor's Degree in English Literature from Savitribai Phule Pune University between 2012 and 2014. Moses has also been certified as a Facilitator.
