Josh Pilgrim

Josh Pilgrim has a diverse work experience in various roles related to sourcing and supply chain management. Josh started their career at Logistics Insight Corporation as a Materials Supervisor from June 2009 to June 2011. Josh then worked at Smith Electric Vehicles as a Global Supply Chain Analyst from June 2011 to May 2015. After that, they joined DeLaval as a Sourcing Manager from May 2015 to May 2016. Josh then briefly worked as a Materials Manager at Tenneco from May 2016 to December 2016. Finally, they joined Custom Truck One Source and held the positions of Sourcing Manager from December 2016 to February 2020, and then Director of Sourcing from February 2020 until now.

Josh Pilgrim earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Missouri State University, completing their studies from 2005 to 2009.
