Nicola Mcdonald

Nicola McDonald is an experienced professional in the fields of generative AI and knowledge management, currently serving as Head of Generative AI & KM at Customer Driven Solutions since November 2018. Nicola has held multiple key positions within the company, including Head Of Knowledge Management and Head of Delivery - Knowledge Management. Prior to this, Nicola worked at AGL Energy as a Change and Communications Coordinator and also at Customer Driven Solutions as Knowledge Management Operations Lead and Content Developer.
