Fredrik Jonsson

Fredrik Jonsson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Styrelseledamot and Styrelseordförande at Customer First AB since March 2022, Fredrik has successfully advanced the commercialization of a leading Contact Center software and facilitated an initial capital round. Additionally, Fredrik holds the position of Vice VD at BESQAB. Previous experience includes serving as CEO, COO/CIO, and Head of Acquisition at Niam AB from August 2007 to February 2021, and Vice President and Property Director at Skanska Commercial Development Europe from April 2000 to August 2007. Early career positions include Development & Marketing Manager at Skanska Projektutveckling Sverige AB and various managerial roles at Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm AB. Fredrik holds a Master of Science in Engineering from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and has participated in the Skanska Transitional Executive Program at IMD, along with studies in Business Administration and Law at Stockholm University.
