Stefan Kolle is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer strategy and consultancy, serving as Partner and Founder of Futurelab since March 2003, where the focus is on profit and innovation. Additionally, Stefan holds positions as Senior Director at the Customer Institute, Board Member at Inaco and Nedesco, and Owner of IDfactory/DDP Consult. Stefan has also co-founded Logic in Motion and contributed as a Senior Associate at Management Centre Europe, along with serving on the board of ISPA Belgium.
