Jason McCarthy

Jason McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Jason started their career as a Senior Software Developer at Indosoft Inc in 2001 and worked there until 2011. Jason then joined IBM Canada as an L3 Software Developer and contributed to the company's software development projects until 2017. In 2018, they joined IBM as a Product Owner and held that role until 2019. Jason then joined Serenova as a Principal Software Engineer for a few months in 2019. From 2020 to 2022, they worked at Sonrai Security, initially as a Senior DevOps Engineer and later as the Director of Cloud Operations. Currently, Jason holds the position of Site Reliability Engineer at Customer.io, starting in November 2022.

Jason McCarthy obtained their bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of New Brunswick, where they studied from 1996 to 2001.
