Ryan Stahulak

Ryan Stahulak has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Ryan is currently working at Customer.io as a Customer Success Team Lead since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as a Customer Success Manager at the same company from April 2021 to December 2022.

Before joining Customer.io, Ryan served as a Client Success Manager at DACRA Tech, LLC from July 2019 to April 2021. In this role, they managed a portfolio of more than 30 large government-level clients, implemented the Client Success department, streamlined the onboarding process, and acted as the main point of contact for client needs.

Ryan also worked at OpenMarkets, where they held two roles. Firstly, they worked as a Community Manager from March 2018 to July 2019. In this position, they managed a portfolio of 300 healthcare facilities, ensured their equipment needs were met, and worked closely with facility staff to identify opportunities for success within the product. Ryan also conducted trainings and demonstrations, created tailored marketing materials, and maintained communication through newsletters and check-in calls. Additionally, Ryan served as a Data Intern at OpenMarkets from May 2017 to May 2018. In this role, they collaborated with the Director of Customer Growth & Quality, created customer analytics reports for quarterly meetings, and ensured each client's product catalog fit their individual requirements.

Furthermore, Ryan worked as a Digital Media Advisor at Loyola University Chicago from August 2016 to May 2017. During this time, they assisted students with digital media equipment checkouts and provided troubleshooting support on university-owned computers and equipment.

Lastly, Ryan began their professional career as an Intern at Meyers & Flowers, LLC from August 2013 to January 2017. In this role, they supported legal professionals by utilizing software for data interpretation, managed independent projects including document analysis and file closure.

Ryan Stahulak attended Hampshire High School from 2011 to 2014. After completing high school, they pursued their higher education at Loyola University Chicago from 2014 to 2018. During their time at Loyola University Chicago, their field of study included information systems and marketing.
