Stephen August

Stephen August has an extensive work history, starting in 2009 as a Production Assistant and later becoming a Production Supervisor at The Phoenix Design Group Inc. From 2015 to 2022, they worked at Rackspace Technology in various roles, including Online Specialist I and II, Market Development Representative, and Manager of Sales Development. In 2021, Stephen joined Onica, a Rackspace Technology Company, as a Manager of Sales Development. Currently, they are working at Customer.io as the Global Director of Sales Development, a position they began in March 2022.

Stephen August earned a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business from 2007 to 2011. Their field of study focused on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Additionally, in March 2016, they obtained a certification as an AWS Business Professional from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
