Niki Clarke-Crossman serves as the Global Head of Customer Success, Support & Education at Coherent since June 2023, having previously held the role of Senior Director of Customer Success & Technical Post Sales at Confluent. Niki is also a Co-Founder of the Customer Success Executive Circle and the Founder of ThinkSuccess.Net. Notable past positions include Director of Commercial Customer Success at Datadog and Senior Director of Client Services at Perx Technologies. Niki's early career includes leadership roles at TIBCO, Sizmek, and Universal Music Group. Niki is currently pursuing a PhD in Customer Success at the University of Canberra, following a Women's Leadership Program at the Yale School of Management and holding a Master's in Music Business Management from the University of Westminster.
