Sumeru Chatterjee

Sumeru 'Sumo' Chatterjee is an accomplished marketing professional and entrepreneur with a strong background in customer education and community building. As Co-Founder of LAUNCHMOB since August 2023, Sumeru leads a marketing agency focused on supporting early-stage startups in product and campaign launches. Previously, Sumeru founded CustomerEducation.Org, the world's largest community of customer education professionals, and served as Marketing Director at data.ai. Additional roles include Co-Founder at a stealth startup, Marketing Consultant at Glide, and Marketing Director at Thinkific, where Sumeru effectively managed content and community initiatives. Sumeru also created popular educational content on YouTube, co-founded Share Koro to educate Bengali speakers about capital markets, and significantly contributed to customer enablement at Gong.io. Sumeru's education includes training from Y Combinator and degrees from DePauw University and La Martiniere for Boys, Kolkata.
