Managing Director, Events at CMP

Michael DeJager is the Managing Director of the Customer Management Practice’s Events division. He leads CMP’s cross-functional events teams and directly manages the analyst team as they produce industry-leading events across CMP’s customer contact, customer engagement, design and innovation sectors. He brings 15+ years of event experience to CMP, having hosted domestic and international events across a wide variety of industries to include international trade, anti-corruption, commercial real estate, design and customer experience. Michael joined the Customer Management Practice in October 2016.
