Jennifer Petsu, MPA has extensive work experience in various roles related to risk management, marketing, communications, and purchasing. Jennifer started their career as a Management Intern at Finish Line in 2009 and later worked as an Assistant Coordinator Intern at Southern Tier Tobacco Community Awareness Partnership. Jennifer then joined Santander Bank as a Purchasing Analyst, where they focused on contract preparation and maintenance. After that, Jennifer worked at VF Outlet as an Allocation Analyst, responsible for developing allocation strategies for merchandise. Jennifer also worked as a Marketing Analyst at AAA Central Penn, where they collaborated on marketing initiatives and evaluated advertising programs. Jennifer then joined PensionPro as a Communications Specialist, leading internal and customer relations efforts. Jennifer later worked at Symphony EYC as a Campaign Manager, providing thought leadership and managing direct marketing campaigns. Currently, Jennifer is working at Customers Bank as a Senior Vice President Third Party Risk Management Director, overseeing the third-party risk management program and conducting comprehensive vendor reviews. Jennifer Petsu holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Villanova University, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Elmira College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Jennifer also has additional certifications, including CRVPM LEVEL II: Advanced Certification from the Compliance Education Institute, LLC in 2019 and CRVPM certification from the same institution in 2018. Jennifer has also completed graduate study in Nonprofit Management at Villanova University in 2017 and obtained a certification in Contract Law from edX in 2019.
