Wendy Sharetts

Wendy Sharetts, Esquire has a diverse work experience in various legal roles. Wendy began their career as an Executive Business Manager at Paradigm Strategic Exploration, LLC, where they managed multiple oil and gas investment and portfolio companies. Wendy then transitioned into the legal field, serving as a Paralegal in litigation and estate planning at Stibbs & Co., P.C. Wendy then worked as a Hybrid Litigation Paralegal at Doyle Restrepo Harvin and Robbins, L.L.P, handling all aspects of support for six attorneys.

Wendy joined National Penn Bancshares, Inc. as a Records Retention Project Manager and Paralegal to the General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary. There, they developed and implemented corporate record retention schedules and managed transactional, litigation, and corporate governance matters.

Following their role at National Penn Bancshares, Inc., Wendy took on the position of Vendor Management Administrator at the same company. Wendy then joined Customers Bank as an Assistant Vice President, Associate Counsel, providing extensive support for transactional and corporate governance matters.

Currently, Wendy serves as the Vice President Associate Corporate Counsel at Customers Bank, where they continue to provide legal support and expertise.

Wendy Sharetts, Esquire obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Delaware Law School in the years 2015 to 2018. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. Additionally, Wendy holds a Paralegal Certificate from the University of Houston.
