Vlad Solovyev Ph.d.

Vlad Solovyev, Ph.D., MBA, is a highly experienced engineering project management professional currently serving as the Director of Engineering Project Management at Cutera, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Vlad held the position of Program Manager at Carl Zeiss X-ray Microscopy Inc. from February 2017 to June 2022 and served as Project Manager & Principal Investigator at Rapiscan Systems from November 2010 to February 2017. Vlad's earlier experience includes working as a Product Development Research Scientist at Saint Gobain Crystals and Detectors and as a Research Assistant at Purdue University. Vlad holds a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School, a Doctor of Philosophy in Applied Physics from Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Perm State University.
