Russell Vines has over 30 years of experience in the aviation maintenance industry. Currently serving as Lead Technician at Cutter Aviation since September 2004, Russell Vines specializes in scheduled maintenance and inspections for a variety of aircraft, including Beechcraft King Air models and BeechJet, and works as part of a factory-authorized service center for Piper Aircraft, Socata TBM, and Honda Jet HA420. Prior to this role, Russell Vines was the Director of Maintenance at Howells Aircraft Service from January 1991 to August 2004, overseeing maintenance for 12 141 Flight School aircraft and functioning as a Cessna single-engine service center.
