Jim Schofield

Jim Schofield is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Cutting Edge Connect since August 2010, Jim focuses on executive recruiting in manufacturing, green technology, automation and robotics, biomedical, and health sciences. As Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Applicant Advantage from June 2018 to December 2023, Jim developed tools aimed at enhancing career readiness for students. Previous positions include Sales Engineer at Hi-Tech Fasteners Inc., VP of National Operations at Grubb & Ellis, President of Sirius Motorsports, and Director of Operations at Moore Wallace. Jim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Marketing from DePaul University, an Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from Lincoln Technical Institute, and an Associate's degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology from Colorado Aero Tech.
