Director International Business Development at CVE (Changing Visions of Energy)

Daniel Fernandez has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 20 years in various roles and industries. Daniel began their career as an Inside Sales Representative at KSB in 2001, where they remained until 2005. Following this, they worked as a Sales Representative at Chubb Fire & Security from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on developing a customer base and ensuring compliance with fire safety guidelines. Daniel then joined ADT as a Sales Representative in 2008, responsible for selling reactivation services and upgraded products.

In the same year, Fernandez transitioned to Titan Steel Corporation as a Sales Export representative, managing the Latin-American market, French speaking countries for Tinplate products, and the Bangladesh market. Here, they handled quotations, order bookings, and recovery. Moving forward, they joined SunPower Corporation as a Regional Sales Manager from 2009 to 2012, overseeing sales operations in a specific region.

In 2012, Fernandez held two positions almost consecutively. First, they joined Trina Solar as a Sales Manager for France and Belgium, responsible for generating, maintaining, and developing sales forecasts. Later that year, they became the Country Manager for France at WINAICO Solar, focusing on brand awareness, prospecting for new customers, and staying updated on market trends.

Fernandez then joined SunPower Corporation again in 2013 as a Business Development Manager Off-Grid, where they worked on developing strategic partners and identifying new market opportunities worldwide. Continuing their career in renewable energy, they joined CVE (Changeons Notre Vision de l'Energie) in 2014. Daniel held several positions at CVE, including Business Development Manager, International Business Developer in East & Southern Africa, and currently serves as the Director of International Business Development.

Overall, Fernandez has amassed diverse experience in sales, business development, and management within the renewable energy industry, consistently striving for growth and success.

Daniel Fernandez completed their Master's degree in management and entrepreneurship at IFAG - L'école de management et d'entrepreneuriat from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a BTS degree in Electrotechnique from Lycée Dupuy between 1997 and 1999.
