Todd L. Reding

Todd Reding has extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries, currently serving as Co-President and Chef of Prairie Hospitality Group since April 2024 and as Partner and CEO of CVG since November 2014. Additionally, Todd founded Outlander Grinnell in September 2023, focusing on products and customization for the off-road community. Previous positions include Evening Sous Chef and Line Cook at Prairie Canary of Grinnell, Inc., adjunct lecturer at the University of Iowa, Senior Advisor at FunnelWise, Chief Marketing Officer at Spindustry Digital, and President/CEO at ASI, Signage Innovations. Todd's earlier career highlights also include Vice President for Alumni Relations and Development at Grinnell College and Director of Development for the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Todd holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and History from Rockhurst University.
