Mihaela Kovacic

Mihaela Kovacic has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mihaela started their career as a Head of Public Relations at Klub koroških študentov from 2003 to 2005. Mihaela then worked as a Radio Broadcaster and Journalist at Radio City, Koroski Radio, and Radio Laser from 1997 to 2008. Following that, they joined Pošta Slovenije as a Project Manager, where they managed and supervised Portfolio and Program Management of the Strategic Development Programme from 2008 to 2015. At Coliban Water, Mihaela held multiple roles, including Facilities and Records Assistant from 2017 to 2018, IT Project Coordinator, Business Process Alignment Lead, and Test Lead from 2018 to 2020, and IT Project Manager from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are working at CVGT Employment as a Platform Development Lead (Customer and Corporate) and IT Project Manager.

Mihaela Kovacic completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Faculty of economics and business Maribor, Slovenia (EU) from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they participated in an Erasmus student exchange program at Universidade do Porto in 2006. Mihaela recently completed the Community Leadership Program from LEAD Loddon Murray in 2021. Mihaela also holds several additional certifications in areas such as finance, change management, agile ways of working, contract management, and effective business writing.
