Kristen Hunter

Kristen Hunter has extensive experience in human resources management, with a focus on employee satisfaction and retention. Kristen started their career as an Internal Human Resources Manager at Kaiser Permanente, where they managed a large team and implemented a transfer and posting center. Kristen then joined Ajilon Professional Staffing as a Division Manager, overseeing recruitment activities and providing guidance to employees. Next, they worked at Nelson & Associates as a Recruitment Manager, responsible for filling accounting and finance positions and managing client relationships. Kristen also worked at CVH Home Health Services as a Recruiter and HR Generalist, handling candidate screening, personnel file management, and benefit administration. Kristen then moved to CVH Care, where they served as a Human Resources Manager, Director, and Chief Personnel Officer, overseeing various aspects of HR, including recruitment, performance management, training, and employee relations. Throughout their career, Kristen has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, compliance, and building positive relationships across all levels of staff and leadership.
