Lorenzo Corazza

Lorenzo Corazza is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in business development and innovation. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Change2 Software & Digital House since 2018, Lorenzo has been instrumental in driving organizational growth. In addition, Lorenzo serves as a Business Development Consultant at CVING, a platform aimed at transforming recruitment through on-demand video interviews. Prior roles include Business Developer & International Key Account Manager at Metalco Active, where Lorenzo specialized in outdoor wellness products, and Project & Sales Manager at Pianeta Italia, focusing on a hotel and events booking portal. Earlier experience includes strategic roles at Technogym, Viuer Ltd., and Toncar Srl. Lorenzo holds a Master’s Degree in Global Management & People Leadership from Regent's University London and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
