Carmilla Tan

Carmilla Tan is a seasoned professional in the benefits and insurance sector, currently serving as the Head of Benefits at CVS Health since May 2023. Prior to this role, Carmilla was the Head of Global Benefits at Bank of America from February 2019 to May 2023, and held the position of Senior Vice President of Analytics at Brighton Health Group from July 2015 to January 2019.
