Faten Toukko

Faten Toukko has extensive experience in customer experience management and legal operations, currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at CWB Limited since May 2011, where prior roles included Client Services Manager, IP Operations Manager, Trade Mark Team Manager, Paralegal, and Portfolio Administrator. Faten's career began as a Loan Collector at FNB Finance S.A.L. from February 2010 to February 2011. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) - Graduate Entry from the University of London (2013-2016) and a BA in Finance from Haigazian University (2007-2011).
