Val Sears

Val Sears is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in business development, marketing, and the arts. Currently serving as the Business Development and Marketing Manager at CWB Maxium Financial since July 2022, Val has also held positions such as Senior Administrative Assistant and Administrative Receptionist at CWB Wealth Management. A visual artist since August 2007, Val’s work is showcased at Alison Milne Co. and has been featured in notable exhibitions, including Michael Lin’s Archipelago at the Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto Canada. Val’s experience includes assisting in operations and facilities at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, customer service at Curry’s Artists’ Materials, and event preparation at OCAD University, where a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drawing and Painting was earned. Additional education includes a course in Business Writing from the University of Toronto in 2019.
