Andrea Anderson

Andrea Anderson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational effectiveness, business process improvement, and financial services. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Operational Effectiveness at CWB Optimum Mortgage since April 2022, Andrea previously held multiple managerial roles at Canadian Western Bank, including Manager of Business Process Improvement, Manager of Retail Banking, and Account Manager from February 2017 to April 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Westminster Savings, where Andrea served as Manager of Financial Services overseeing cash and financial services departments, and as a Sales and Service Trainer in Human Resources, developing and delivering training programs organization-wide. Andrea started the career as a Personal Account Manager and has a Diploma of Technology in Business from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a degree in Investment Funds in Canada from the Institute of Canadian Bankers.
