Jack Falsone

Jack Falsone has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Jack currently holds the position of Senior Director in the P&T Legal Team at CWT, where they provide advisory and drafting services for various commercial and technology agreements. Jack is also involved in the creation and maintenance of template agreements, as well as training delivery. Prior to this, Falsone worked as Corporate Counsel at Calspan, where they managed and supported contract processes and provided legal and operational support for government and commercial programs.

Before joining Calspan, Falsone served as the Chief Operating Officer / General Counsel at the Uniform Data System for Medical Rehabilitation, where they provided legal guidance and advice on daily operations, compliance, and strategic planning. Jack also established protocols for interacting with outside counsel and conducted trainings on risk mitigation and compliance. Falsone's role also involved reviewing, drafting, and negotiating complex agreements with large organizations and government agencies globally, as well as developing corporate governance policies and monitoring compliance.
