Dat Phan

Dat Phan has worked in the software engineering industry since 2014. In 2019, they joined CXA Group as a Development Team Lead and Senior Software Engineer. In this role, they worked on an enterprise SaaS platform for insurance, health, wealth and wellness, supporting complex and complicated clients and distributions. Dat's responsibilities included working with Technical project manager, Team leads, Architects, BA, Infra, co-workers and other departments to design and develop Web APIs based on Microservices architecture, as well as providing advice, suggestions and solutions for other engineers. Prior to this, Dat Phan worked at Saigon Technology Solutions as a Senior .Net Developer. In this role, they worked on over 20 projects in multiple domains such as crypto currency, accountant, shipping, insurance, and communication tool. Dat's responsibilities included all development stages, from requirements analysis, technical design, estimation, implementation, refactoring, improvement, team management, communication, codes and deployment.

Dat Phan attended the University of Science Ho Chi Minh City from 2010 to 2014.
