Craig Nelson

Craig Nelson has over 22 years of experience in the sales field. Craig began their career in 1999 as the Director of Sales Engineering, Enablement & Operations at NetIQ, where they led the Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, and Global Training organizations. Craig then moved on to become the President & Co-Founder of iCentera in 2003, where they built a strong and profitable SaaS business and grew subscribers to 450K+. In 2011, iCentera became part of CallidusCloud, and Craig assumed the role of GM of Sales Productivity, Enablement, and Training Business. Craig then moved on to become the VP of Sales and Business Development for MindMatrix in 2013, and in 2015 they took on the role of VP, Global Enablement, Training & Operations at SAP. In 2016, Craig became a SE Society Non-Profit Board Member, and in 2021 they assumed the role of President, Co-Founder & Advisor at CXera, where they successfully established and maintained a SaaS company with a product-led approach.

Craig Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Interdisciplinary Computer Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato and has also studied Business Administration and Management, General at Augsburg University.
