Pauline Smith

Pauline became the CEO in February 2017 and brings with her a breadth of knowledge and expertise in developing high-quality education, skills, training, personal development, and employment opportunities.

Pauline has held many senior leadership roles across the voluntary and public sectors with an established track record in leading organizations to develop and enhance initiatives to support vulnerable children, young people, adults, and families. Her passion for tackling social disadvantage and promoting an ethos of empowerment and support will strengthen CXK’s ability to build on the success and development of its high-quality provision of services and programs.

Pauline lives in Kent and devotes personal time to supporting a number of charities across India.
