Hillary Porter

Hillary Porter is a seasoned content strategist and writer with extensive experience in content creation and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Content Strategist at CXO Communication since June 2022, Hillary specializes in developing strategic content that aligns with clients' marketing goals. Previous roles include over nine years at IBM, where Hillary held positions as a Content Writer, Editor, and Strategist as well as Social Content Editor, focusing on engaging narratives and editorial guidance. Hillary also founded Hillary Porter Editorial Services, providing copyediting and proofreading for diverse manuscript genres, and worked as a Publicity Assistant at The University of North Carolina Press. Academically, Hillary holds a Master’s degree in English Language and Literature from North Carolina State University, a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy and Religion from Grove City College, and a Certificate in Publishing from the University of Denver.
