Joanna Safi has a diverse education history. In 2011, they obtained a certificate in Social Media Marketing Strategy and Execution from New York University. From 2007 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2010, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and International Relations, also at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. In 2020, they furthered their education at MIT Sloan Executive Education, focusing on Business Administration and Management, General, specifically the field of Pricing: Using Data to Improve Pricing Performance. In terms of additional certifications, they became Scrum Master Certified in 2017 through SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
