Stefania Sica has over 20+ years of experience in Top Management, Key Account & Sales Director, Business Development, with a particular focus in Space & Defence, Pharma, and ICT. Stefania began their career in 2001 as a Senior Consultant in Reply SpA in Supply Chain Execution. In 2005, they took on the role of Business Developer Manager at Web Models. From 2007 to 2009, they worked at Altran Italia as a Business Manager in the Energy Sector and Aerospace & Defense sector. From 2009 to 2018, they worked at AKKA Technologies Italy as the Aerospace, Defense and Naval Division Director, Key Account Finmeccanica & Director of Italy Pharma Sector, and Branch Manager Roma. In 2018, they became a Strategic Developer at Boni & Partners Srl and Co-Founder at ToDoTRI srl. In 2020, they became the Director Market Division Aerospace, Defense & Naval at aizoOn Technology Consulting and in 2022, they became the Head of Corporate Sales Italy, BD & Strategic Marketing at CY4GATE.
Stefania Sica attended the Politecnico di Milano from 1992 to 2000 and graduated with a degree in Nuclear Engineering, with a mathematical-physical specialization. In 1996, they also attended a course on controlled nuclear fusion and plasma physics at the Max Planck Institute for Physics.
