Shaik Doula has worked in technical recruitment since 2016, starting at Ubertal where they worked with US IT Requisitions and gained knowledge on IT technologies and client requirements while sourcing, attracting, negotiating and closing candidates. Shaik worked for Intellisoft Technologies twice: starting in 2017 as a Technical Recruiter involved in full-cycle recruitment for contract, contract to hire and permanent positions, and in 2020 as a Senior Technical Recruiter on a results-oriented team providing the best service. Shaik worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Ksquare Inc., a digital technology company, in 2019 and 2020. Shaik currently works at CY9 LLC, formed in 2019, as a Lead Technical Recruiter passionate about connecting cyber security companies with the software development and information security talent they need.

Shaik Doula obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Kakinada between 2012 and 2016.
