Isabelle Ayard

Isabelle Ayard has an extensive background in human resources and revenue management. Since June 2012, Isabelle has served as the Directrice des Ressources Humaines at Cyanide, overseeing all aspects of intern management, recruitment processes, integration, training plans, labor legislation compliance, and human resources dashboard updates. Prior experience includes roles as a CDD Assistante in the Revenue Management department at Accor - Mercure Suffren Tour Eiffel, where Isabelle contributed to revenue management strategies and sales optimization, as well as an internship assisting the revenue manager with pricing and competitive analysis. Earlier experience at Delphi involved the development of tools to enhance product pricing and team performance. Isabelle holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers and a Bachelor’s degree in Management from Southern Utah University, complemented by a Bachelor Européen in Commerce and Management from ESCEM.
