Preston Jeans has worked in various roles since 2019. In 2019, they worked as a Host at Cristinas fine mexican rest. In 2020, they were a Sales Associate at Foot Locker, where they assisted customers with questions and identified and executed on cross-selling opportunities. In 2021, they were a Sales Advisor/ Customer Experience Specialist at Best Buy, engaging customers and providing information and insight on various technological products. Currently, they are a Client Delivery Coordinator at Cyber Defense Labs, working closely with the Director of Client Delivery to nurture client partner relationships and improve satisfaction during service delivery.

Preston Jeans is currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems with a focus on Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from The University of Texas at Arlington, beginning in 2021 and expected to complete in 2024.
