Mitch Cox has a strong and extensive work experience in the field of technology and network engineering. Mitch started their career in 1998 as a Computer Systems Analyst at Raytheon, where they worked until 2003. After that, they joined L-3 Communications as a Senior Computer Network Technologist and stayed there until 2010. Mitch then joined Lockheed Martin as a Network Engineer and worked there until 2017. Following this, Mitch worked at Advanced Technologies and Laboratories International, Inc. as a Lead Network Engineer from 2017 to 2020. After that, they joined S&K Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Network Engineer and worked until 2023. Currently, Mitch is working at Cyber Defense Technologies as an Information System Security Engineer.
Mitch Cox attended Bluegrass Community and Technical College from 1998 to 2002, where they earned an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications. Mitch is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a specialization in Network Security at Colorado Technical University, starting in 2012.
In addition to their education, Mitch Cox has obtained the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in June 2010. Mitch also holds the Cisco Certified Network Associate Security (CCNA) certification from Cisco, which they obtained in March 2020.
