Simon Rabuogi's work experience starts with their current role as a student at ALX Africa, where they are enrolled in a 12-month software engineering program. The program focuses on front-end and back-end development, including programming, algorithms, databases, system engineering, and networking.

Prior to their current role, Simon worked as a Freelance Web Developer at Seen Technologies. Here, they served as a Full-stack developer and technical writer, using JavaScript and its frameworks such as Angular, Node, Express, and React to provide tech solutions for clients.

Before their freelance work, Simon completed an internship at the Murang'a County Government as a requirement for their undergraduate program. During their time there, they worked in the Department of Finance, Economic Planning Unit, and Information Communication Technology. Their responsibilities included network connection, troubleshooting, desktop and printer maintenance, and software installation and updates.

Simon's earliest work experience was as an Assistant Manager at Kimamo & Sons, where they worked until July 2021.

Simon Rabuogi attended the Murang'a University of Technology from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Information Technology degree with a focus on Business Information Technology. In 2022, they enrolled at ALX Nairobi and studied Software Engineering, with a particular emphasis on Computer Software Engineering. That same year, they also completed a course on Technical Writing at aptlearn.io, specializing in Professional, Technical, Business, and Scientific Writing.
