Ragav Sridharan

Ragav Sridharan has a diverse range of work experience in the field of engineering and data science. Ragav is currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Cyber Sierra since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at the same company starting from April 2022.

Before joining Cyber Sierra, Ragav was associated with Quod AI where they held the position of Chief Scientist from April 2021 to May 2022. During their tenure at Quod AI, they developed and deployed AI models for translating code to English and worked on building and processing large-scale datasets.

In 2019, Ragav was in Entrepreneur First's deep tech startup incubator program as a Founder in Residence. Ragav was part of the fifth Singapore cohort of the program, where individuals meet, form teams, and build their companies.

From 2017 to 2019, Ragav worked as a Research Assistant at the ReSILIoT lab in the iTrust research center of the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). Ragav made significant contributions during this time, including the development of algorithms to monitor wireless networks and detect attacks on IoT devices while preserving user privacy.

Prior to their role at SUTD, Ragav worked as a Data Scientist at IBM Data Science and Advanced Analytics from September 2015 to January 2017. Ragav developed models to predict factors responsible for the failure of an Injection molding machine and helped optimize costs for a construction company by forecasting raw material procurement.

Overall, Ragav Sridharan has a strong background in engineering, machine learning, data science, and entrepreneurship, with experience in diverse industries and a track record of delivering successful projects.

Ragav Sridharan attended NIIT University from 2011 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Computer Science.
