Ofrit Shain

Ofrit Shain currently serves as VP Operations of R&D and Product at CyberArk since February 2023 and has held the position of VP Operations at Stoke Talent since October 2020. Ofrit co-founded Northern Growth in January 2020, focusing on establishing northern R&D sites with comprehensive solutions for client needs. From 2012 to October 2019, Ofrit held various senior roles at Kenshoo, including Head of R&D Geo Expansion, where responsibilities included promoting R&D growth in northern Israel and setting up operations. Ofrit's prior experience includes roles as Senior Director of Marketing Operations, Senior Director of Product Operation and Enablement, and QA Director at Kenshoo, as well as QA management positions at HP Software and Mercury Interactive. Ofrit began professional career as a QA Team Leader at Comverse after earning a BS in Computer Science from the University of Haifa.
