Shay Saffer

Shay Saffer is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and management within the cybersecurity sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at CyberArk since November 2019, Shay has previously held positions including Senior Director of R&D for DevSecOps and Cloud Security, and R&D Manager. Prior to CyberArk, Shay founded GammaSeed and held key roles at PayPal as Group Manager in the Security Product Center, as well as Team Manager at CyActive before its acquisition by PayPal. Shay also gained valuable experience at IBM, WiseAd, Modu, and CEVA, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University and an MBA in Technology Companies Management from The College of Management.
