Lihi Oren Yardeni

Lihi Oren Yardeni has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Lihi is currently working as the Chief People Officer at Cyberbit since March 2023. Prior to this, Lihi held various roles at SundaySky, starting as the HR Manager in July 2015 and eventually becoming the Vice President of People in June 2020. Lihi led the People team and implemented strategies focused on transparency and continuous feedback. Lihi also transformed the HR function into People Operations centered around employee engagement. Lihi was promoted to the global head of HR in 2019 and developed a comprehensive People strategy aligned with the business goals. Lihi successfully managed a global team based in Israel and New York and served as an executive consultant and strategic advisor to the CEO. Before SundaySky, Lihi worked at see.V, a boutique placement company, as the Software Recruiter Team Leader and Software Recruiter from June 2011 to August 2014.

Lihi Oren Yardeni completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Social Sciences from Bar-Ilan University between 2004 and 2007. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) in Organizational Development and Consulting at The College of Management Academic Studies from 2008 to 2010.
