Ray Pan

Ray Pan has work experience as a Chief Engineer at Cyberbiz since September 2018. In this role, they led a scrum team to develop an internal Business Process Management System using agile methodology. Ray was responsible for reducing manual work by implementing process automation and accelerating the accounting process for the Financial department. Ray also established a customer development process for the Sales department. Prior to this, Ray completed a summer internship as an Advanced Technology Development Module Intern at Hua Wei Electronics Co. Ltd in July and August 2017.

Ray Pan completed their Master's degree in Computer and Communication Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, which they attended from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor's degree in Communication Engineering from National Taipei University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, Ray obtained a certification in IT Security from ICDL Asia in June 2017.
