Ilia Kurinskii

Ilia Kurinskii has a diverse work experience in finance accounting, financial advising, and management roles. ILIA is currently working at P2P Validator as a Finance Accounting Manager, responsible for accounting, HR, and tax accounting for a group of companies. ILIA also provides accounting services and prepares management reports. Prior to that, Ilia worked at the International bureau of Accounting Services "Viruchka" as the founder of their own international accounting project. ILIA was responsible for creating a sustainable business model, implementing service level agreements, and partnering with key banks. Ilia also has experience at the International group of companies Balt Assistance, where they served as the Deputy Chief Financial Officer and Head of the Accounting Department. Earlier in their career, they worked at Tula Gymnasium № 1 as the Head of Accounting, focusing on automation, tariffication, subsidies, audits, and tax compliance.

Ilia Kurinskii attended the Zaoksky Humanitarian and Economic Institute from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications including CIPA (FA1) from the Eurasian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Director of Finance certification from Moscow City Business School in June 2019.
