Gerda Haugas

Gerda Haugas is a seasoned project manager currently leading the Tax and Customs systems at Cybernetica since January 2023, overseeing project lifecycles, customer relations, and team development. Prior experiences include serving as Credit & Debt EE & DK Manager at Telia, where Gerda utilized the SAFe framework alongside Scrum and Agile methods, and as ICT Portfolio Manager at Estonian Cyber Command, managing the ICT service portfolio for the Ministry of Defence. Gerda's background also features a role as Senior IT Project Manager at the Estonian Tax and Customs Board, representing Estonia in European Commission customs systems projects. Gerda's career began as a Debt Collector at Lindorff Eesti AS. Gerda holds a Master of Public Administration and Innovation from TalTech and a Higher National Diploma in Taxation from Tallinn School of Economics.
