Matthew Raineri

Matthew Raineri has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as an Operations Analyst, Tier I at Cybersafe Solutions since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ITsavvy as an Associate NOC Engineer from January 2018 to October 2022. Before joining ITsavvy, Matthew worked at Henry Schein as a NOC Technician from March 2015 to January 2018. Matthew'sresponsibilities included supporting the company's AS/400 production and development systems, performing IPLs, maintaining backup completion, and addressing potential problems. Matthew also worked as a Tech Support at TEKsystems (Client: Henry Schein) from August 2014 to March 2015, where they processed employee request forms and provided seamless transitions during a Windows OS upgrade project.
