Nick W. began their work experience in 2010 as a Writing Intern at CBE International. In 2011, they worked as an Office Assistant at Herzl Camp. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Strategic Communications Intern at the U.S. Department of State. In 2013, they worked as a Hamline Dean's Summer Fellow at the Minnesota District Courts and also served as a Judicial Extern at the United States District Courts. In 2014, they worked as an Enforcement Division Student Worker at the Minnesota Department of Commerce. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as an Attorney/Project Manager at Open Access Technology International. Nick then joined Thomson Reuters in 2017, first as a Corporate Systems Business Analyst until 2020, and then as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. Currently, they are working as a Cybersecurity Analyst at Cyberstone Security since June 2021.

Nick W. obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Reconciliation Studies from Bethel University, where they studied from 2008 to 2011. Nick then pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) degree at Mitchell Hamline School of Law from 2012 to 2015. In addition, they have acquired several certifications, such as Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) from EC-Council in February 2020.
