Aurimas Bakas

Aurimas Bakas is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in co-founding and guiding technology-driven companies. Currently serving as Co-Founder of CyberUpgrade since July 2023, Bakas focuses on designing automation for CISOs and DORA compliance for Fintechs. Previously, co-founded Paysolut, a banking technology firm that exited to SumUp in 2021, and Kora, which promotes sustainable behaviors globally. Other notable ventures include MARGUARD, which exited to Prisync in 2021, WoraPay, a payments platform, and leadership roles at DocLogix and DtecNet. Bakas has also contributed to educational institutions, holding advanced degrees from multiple universities, including Vilnius University and the Berkeley Haas School of Business.
